Contains a hard case (great for protecting your $130 investment from damage). It also has a home and car charger, earphones, and a few styluses. Looks like a load of junk for $20 but it actually has a couple of useful things like the extra chargers and the case. Do you want to pay $20 for this after paying $130 for the game? Unfortunately, it is the way all these businesses have elected to operate and we are encouraging it by buying (sigh!). Look at the cell phones and the GPS!!
Nintendo and the rest should add an extra $10 in cost and bundle all this in with the Game Unit. That way I save $10 and the extra $5.99 S/H for these items. -- DS Lite Starter Kit

I bought this to go with my son's Nintendo DS lite he purchased for himself. Includes everything he needed, especially a car charger that came in handy on a recent long trip. The case is nice and adds more protection for DS and handy place to store games. The extra styluses will definitely come in handy when the original one is lost(just a matter of time). -- nice accessory kit
I didnt think it would be worth the money to buy this, but it has actually proven to be very useful. I believe it was money well spent. -- Good stuff
The Nintendo kit is great. My only complaint was the game holders are very cheap. Would have like it better to fit more than one game in the holder/protector. I bought it for my 6 yr old, and the earphones were a bit large to fit in his ear. Love the kit and all the other accessories. Worth the money. -- Kids loved it.....
